My musical life has always been a conversation between heritage and heart. Gospel gave me my foundation, the sense that music is more than sound. It is spirit, community, and truth. Motown taught rhythm, joy, and the irresistible pull of a great groove. The American Songbook became my home, the place where storytelling, harmony, and emotional honesty meet.
